The purpose of this week’s assignment is to give you further practice with editing.
You have been assigned to assess an article by another student (see the posted paper schedule). Make a “reverse outline” of the article, and identify its subject, theme, and element of contrast. It is not required that you give a detailed outline of the article, but it is necessary that you give an essentialized outline. Write a (constructively) critical assessment of the article in no more than 400 words.
It is not necessary for you to review the other “writing process” materials by the same author. You may do that if you wish, but I would like you first to form a view of the final paper on its own. What I am interested in is your editorial evaluation of the final article.
Also, remember to identify the title of the article and its author in your post.
