The page numbers in the Kindle edition (Edition 1.6, v2) do not match the 1.0 hardcover edition nor the PDF (e.g. chapter 6 starts on page 299 in the Kindle edition and 191 in the hardcover and PDF). Would it be possible to have assignments include Kindle page numbers or section headings?
