      Dear Students,

Welcome to Philosophical Skills! The course website is now live. Please visit it at your earliest convenience. There, you will find the syllabus and Week 1’s assignment and reading. Be sure to do the assignment before you read from “Analyzing and Assessing Arguments” [AAA]. (Some of you may have already looked at AAA; if that’s the case, do the assignment before reading from it again). Homework is due by end of day Monday.

In preparation for class, make an account at app.reasonspace.com. If you have a smartphone, please also download the PollEverywhere app at polleverywhere.com/mobile.

We look forward to meeting you all in our first class on Thursday, October 6th at 1:00pm PT. (We are requiring students to keep their cameras on during class. Please ensure that you and your surroundings are camera-ready. If you’d like to request an exemption, do so at least 24hrs prior to class).

      See you next week!

      Mike & Dan
