Paper #2 – Final Draft
Paper #2 – Final Draft
Last week you made a reverse outline of your article and wrote a critical assessment of it. This week, your assignment is to edit your article based on that assessment. The description of the paper assignment was given in Week 11 in Paper #2 – Writing Process Assignment.
Go through all three layers of the editing process to produce a version of your article that you regard as final. This version should be between 750 and 1000 words long. Don’t forget to give your article a title.
Please remember to:
1. Write the article in Microsoft Word, or in Google Docs but saved as a Microsoft “docx” document. Do not upload a PDF document.
2. Include in the body of the document the following information:
- A title
- Your name
- The article’s word count
- An indication of the intended audience, if it is other than the general public.
3. When you save your document before uploading, please use the following format for the filename:
<Lastname>, <Firstname>, Final Draft, <Title of article>
So, for example, if I were to write an article called “My Awesome Paper” I would save the document as:
Lockitch, Keith, Final Draft, My Awesome Paper.docx
